7-Day Returns and Refunds Period

Returns

Any electric bikes & parts directly purchased from Idpoo bike shop can be returned for a refund or exchange within the first 7 days from the receipt date. A 20% Restocking Fee will apply, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs for reasons such as “Changed my mind,” “Not as expected,” or “Item Arrived Late.” Return requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • The Z8 electric bike must remain new, unused, in its original packaging, complete with all originally included materials, and all tags still attached to the items.
  • The return request must be sent to us within 14 days of receipt via support@idpooebike.com, in “Like New” condition, in the original packaging with no damage or mileage.  

Please be aware that products returned to Idpoo ebike shop without the provided return shipping label will be rejected at the customer’s cost.

Refunds

Customers asking for a refund should be aware that:

  1. If a cheaper price is available at Idpoo ebike store or another competitor marketplace due to promotional activities, IDPOO may not refund the price difference.
  1. IDPOO will not accept refund requests if the customer failed (e.g., forgot to use, entered a wrong code) to apply the provided coupon code before checkout.
  2. Products being returned for non-defective reasons will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the resulting shipping cost, duties, or tariffs will be at the customer’s cost.

How do I return my order?

IDPOO Ebike Store always wants you to have an exciting ride with us. However, if you need to return an order, we’re here to help. Contact our customer service team at support@idpooebike.com and send us the following information BEFORE returning it to us.

  1. The reason for return.
  2. The valid order number.
  3. The marked delivery date.
  4. A clear photo and/or video to show the product condition if you are returning for quality reasons.

The replacement and refund process will be initiated as soon as we have received your returned product.

Please do not send your product back without contacting us first.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order cancellations

All orders can be canceled if the item/items ordered have not shipped yet. Order processing and shipping policy, click here.

Shipped items cannot be cancelled and adhere to the return policy terms, which entails being subject to a 20% restocking fee and bearing responsibility for the return shipping fees.

Please go to “My Account” and find “Cancel Order” to submit the cancellation request, or you can also cancel the order by sending an email to support@idpooebike.com.

Please note: Cancellation requests submitted through the website link or an email will have to be confirmed with a follow-up confirmation email. Please contact us at the above email if you did not receive the follow-up email.

What should I do if my Z8 Bike arrives damaged?

In very rare cases, your bike may be damaged during shipping due to various reasons. In such case, please contact our customer service team via support@idpooebike.com with a clear photo and/or video of the production condition and we will help you with the issue immediately.

Please make sure that you can notify us of the damaged product issue within 7 days from the date of receipt. Claims made longer than 7 days will not be accepted.
